Production Operative

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives to work at our client's fruit & vegetable distribution site in Thrapston!
The rate of pay is:
- 0-26 weeks £12.71 per hour
- 27+ weeks £12.81 per hour
There are both full and part-time positions available, working fixed shifts. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 12pm
- 12pm to 6pm
You must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative for this site, you will be responsible for:
- Grading and Packing Food Items
- Tipping fruits and vegetables onto a Production Line (lifting items up to 15kg)
- Working at the end of the line, unloading the Production Line
You will be asked to rotate roles during your shift.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Production Operative must be reliable and physically fit due to the nature of the role as it does include lifting up to 15kg.
No previous experience is necessary as full training is provided, however, if you have previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or Picker/Packer, this role could be suitable for you.
