Apply today to work as an Administrator for our client's distribution center, distributing bathroom equipment.

Staffline is recruiting Administrators in Park Farm, Wellingborough.

The rate of pay is £13.50 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts or a fixed night shift. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:

- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Order Processing: Generate pick lists, pack slips, and shipping labels. Process invoices and delivery notes.
- Logistics Coordination: Book inbound and outbound transport, schedule deliveries, and liaise with drivers and transport teams.
- System Management: Accurately update WMS and spreadsheets with stock movements, damages, and returns.
- Communication: Answer customer or supplier inquiries regarding order status and product availability.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and experience with WMS or ERP systems. You will show high accuracy in data entry to prevent costly shipping or inventory errors.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
