Void Property Cleaner Including HGV Driving

Great opportunity to work as a Void Property Cleaner, including HGV Driving for our client, which is responsible for the daily running of vital services such as refuse, street cleansing and ground maintenance.
Staffline is recruiting Void Property Cleaners in Derby.
The rate of pay is £13.26 per hour.
Overtime is available and is paid at £16.58 per hour.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4pm
Your Time at Work
As a Void Property Cleaner your general duties will include:
- Bulky waste collections, house clearances and cleans.
- HGV Driving: Transporting large commercial waste vehicles, roll-on roll-off skips, or caged trucks to and from sites.
- Waste Clearance: Safely loading and removing hazardous materials, bulky furniture, and accumulated debris.
- Biohazard Decontamination: Safely dealing with sharps, bodily fluids, pest infestations, and extreme neglect.
- Deep Cleaning: Sanitising kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas so the property.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker must be physically fit due to the nature of the role, which will require you to walk up many flights of stairs.
Applicants will hold a full UK Driving Licence- HGV Class 2 with an in-date CPC and have less than 6 points.
