Great opportunity to work as a Skilled Production Operative for our client - A main manufacturer of great quality, tasty and affordable foods.
Staffline is recruiting Skilled Production Operatives in Market Drayton.
The rate of pay is:
- Days £13.05 - £19.58 per hour
- Nights £15.12 - £22.68 per hour
This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
12 week probation that can lead to a permanent position.
Your Time at Work
As a Skilled Production Operative your duties include:
- Packing products into trays
- Erecting trays
- Fast-paced line work involved, as some target initiative's involved
- Filling in Product Documents and compliance checks
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Skilled Production Operative will be self-motivated and can work well as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
You'll have a good understanding of the English language, both written and verbal; in order to effectively communicate with other workers on site and filling in the documents
Previous experience as a Food Production Operative (or similar role) is necessary
Previous experience as a Machine Operative (or similar role) is desirable, but not necessary.
