We're looking for Team Leaders to join a busy Distribution Centre in Gloucester on either day or night shifts.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and helping a team perform at its best. You'll play an important role in supporting colleagues, driving performance and helping create a positive working environment.

Pay and Shift Details

- £14.49 per hour
- Full-time, fixed shifts
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
- Day shifts: 6am to 6pm
- Night shifts: 6pm to 6am
- Interim opportunity until the end of 2026
- Potential permanent opportunities

What You'll Be Doing

- Leading, motivating and supporting your team throughout the shift
- Helping keep the operation running safely, efficiently and on time
- Monitoring performance and supporting the team to achieve targets
- Delegating workload across the team and keeping priorities on track
- Coaching colleagues and supporting their development
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance
- Creating a positive, inclusive and engaged team environment
- Helping drive continuous improvement across the operation

Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial, but your attitude, leadership skills and ability to bring people together are just as important.
