A great opportunity to work as a Service Team Member at our clients site based in St Austell.

The hours of work are, Monday to Friday:
- 6am to 3:30pm

The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour

Overtime is paid at £19.50 per hour

Your Time at Work

During your time as a

To safely and effectively operate, monitor, and support production and processing equipment while maintaining product quality, food safety, hygiene, and operational efficiency. The role contributes to achieving production targets and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities

Production Operations:
- Operate designated processing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support shutdown, and changeover activities.
- Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
- Escalate equipment faults or process issues promptly.
Quality & Food Safety
- Follow all food safety, quality, and hygiene procedures.
- Complete required quality checks and paperwork accurately.
- Ensure products meet specification requirements.
- Identify and report non-conforming products.

Health & Safety:

- Comply with all site Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Use required PPE correctly.
- Report hazards, near misses, and accidents immediately.
- Participate in safety observations and improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Cleaning & Housekeeping
- Carry out cleaning tasks in accordance with cleaning schedules.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the work area.
- Support hygiene requirements during planned cleaning activities.
Team Working
- Work collaboratively with operators, technicians, supervisors, and managers.
- Provide support and cover across the service team when required.
- Communicate effectively during shift handovers.
- Participate in team meetings and improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement projects.
- Support implementation of new processes and procedures.
