We're Hiring Class 1 Drivers in Telford!
Are you an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a reputable company? We are currently recruiting reliable and professional drivers for a temp-to-perm position based in Telford.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure permanent employment after a successful temporary period while enjoying consistent work and competitive rates of pay.
The rate of pay is £17.00 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed night shifts, 5 out of 7, and the hours of work are:
- 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Class 1 Driver you will be responsible for:
- Driving Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
- Completing local and nationwide deliveries
- Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport regulations
- Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery records
- Providing excellent customer service at delivery points
- Following all health and safety procedures
Our Perfect Worker
Requirements:
- Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 6 months of Class 1 driving experience preferred
- Good knowledge of UK driving regulations
- Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious attitude
- Flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends if required
