Overview.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, candidates, and employers within the driving and logistics sector, helping to source, recruit, and place high-quality driving professionals.

The hours of work are Monday - Friday:
- 8:30am to 5pm

The role is paid upto £30,000 per annum

Your Time at Work

During your time as a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for:

- Building strong relationships, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates.
- Recruit and place professional drivers across various sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct interviews, registrations, and compliance checks.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Manage vacancies from initial enquiry through to placement.
- Ensure compliance with driving regulations and company procedures.
- Meet and exceed recruitment and business development targets.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Recruitment Consultant will have the following:

- Previous recruitment, transport, logistics, or driving industry experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Proactive and results-driven approach.

Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential
