Position: Retail Security Officer
Location: Henley
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Shifts: Various, Days, Afternoon + Nights

Applicants will hold an SIA licence.

Your Time at Work

As a Retail Security Officer you will be responsible for:

- Providing a visible security presence on site
- Helping keep customers, colleagues, and visitors safe
- Supporting loss prevention and reducing incidents
- Monitoring and reporting incidents using digital systems
- Responding calmly and professionally to any issues
- Following site procedures, including fire and evacuation processes
- Keeping the security area clean and organised
- Delivering a friendly, professional service every shift
- Carrying out searches in line with site requirements
