Great opportunity to work as a Domestic Operative for our client, the biggest flower farm in the East region. Growing, picking and packing seasonal flowers such as Tulips, Sunflowers, Peonies, Gladioli and Lilies.
Staffline is recruiting Domestic Operatives in Sutton St James, Spalding.
The rate of pay is £13.11 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 4pm
Your Time at Work
As a Domestic Operative will be working in a flower farm environment, cleaning areas such as the canteen, toilets, offices, and similar. Sweeping floors, collecting rubbish, taking out trash, cleaning/washing welfare facilities, general housekeeping and similar tasks.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be physically fit and able to be on their feet for 8 hours; also, there will be some lifting involved due to tasks (such as rubbish collections).
Applicants will have good attention to detail, good timekeeping, high standards of hygiene and a willingness to learn new skills.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
