Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am until finish
Guaranteed: Minimum 8 hours per day
- 9:00am - 7:00pm
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Calls Administrator to join our busy operations team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery experience for customers through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
Working closely with customers who have deliveries scheduled within the next four days, you will be responsible for confirming delivery details, identifying any potential issues, and ensuring all necessary information is gathered ahead of delivery.
This is a communication-focused role that involves regular customer interaction, problem-solving, and coordination to help ensure every delivery is completed successfully.
Your Time at Work
- Contacting customers with deliveries due within the next four days
- Confirming delivery information and ensuring customers are prepared for their delivery
- Discussing access requirements and available space for delivery vehicles
- Confirming that someone aged 18 or over will be available to accept the delivery
- Rescheduling deliveries where necessary
- Making follow-up calls to customers regarding delivery arrangements
- Responding to customer queries and providing excellent customer service
- Accurately updating systems with customer information and delivery notes
- Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless delivery process

The role is based on a Tuesday to Saturday working pattern, starting at 8:00am until finish.
A minimum of 8 hours per day is guaranteed. While experienced team members may occasionally complete their workload earlier, full training and support will be provided, and new starters should expect to work the full shift whilst learning the role.
