Despatch Operative

Staffline is recruiting a Despatch Operative to work at our client's busy abattoir and meat processing plant in Colne.
The hours of work are:
- 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)
- 6pm to 4am (Tuesday to Friday)
The rate of pay is:
- £12.71 per hour (Day Shifts)
- £15.06 per hour (Night Shifts)
Your Time at Work
During your time as a Despatch Operative your role will include:
- Stacking Pallets
- Using Scales
- Scanning Pallets
Our Perfect Worker
What we are looking for:
- Colleagues will need confidence in reading, numeracy
- Ability to use a handheld computer, as well as an
- Ability to use an electric pallet truck for loading.
All training will be provided.
We would prefer colleagues with despatch knowledge, as this is a fast-paced environment requiring good concentration.
