The hours of work are, any 5 days out of 7:
- 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- 6pm to 12am Sunday

The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour

Your Time at Work

As an Account Coordinator your role will include:

- Takes responsibility and accountability for the recruitment and selection of worker colleagues,
responding to new applicants on the applicant tracking system within 24 hours, booking
interviews and conducting assessments
- Ensures that all worker colleagues are registered accurately, with all information captured and
uploaded into Universe.
- Uses our AI chatbot (Flin) to actively manage candidates, matching their skills to interviews,
inductions and once onboarded, uses Flin to attach workers to shifts.
- Takes responsibility for processing timesheets accurately via Universe and ensures that weekly
payroll is locked and submitted by the weekly deadline of 12 midday on a Tuesday.
- Ensures that Universe accurately reflects the worker colleague working pattern, ensuring
holidays, leavers, and absences are all captured and processed in a timely manner.
- Facilitates the completion of induction training for all worker colleagues.
- Drives to deliver 100% fulfilment in line with the customers SLA, identifying solutions to address
any shortfalls.

- Takes responsible for being able to have a Great Performance Conversation with their Line
Manager through driving forward with their own, HWWM, Values, Behaviours, PDP and Talent
conversations.
- Ensures all mandatory / COPs training is completed, through regularly engaging on both the
LXP and BXP

Experience in similar role desirable, but not essential
