Great opportunity to work in Huntingdon as an Onsite Coordinator to work at our prestigious client's chocolate factory.
It's a full-time, temporary, ongoing role with the potential for permanent placement!
The rate of pay is £13.24 per hour.
The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, with additional days once required by the business.
The hours of work are 06:00am - 02:00pm
Due to the location of the site in Huntingdon, candidates must have access to their own vehicle or reliable transport to travel to and from the workplace.
Your Time at Work
As an Onsite Coordinator, your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Registering and inducting new starters on site, ensuring all required documentation is completed and workers are fully briefed on site procedures, health and safety requirements, and company expectations.
- Signing in workers prior to their shift.
- Fulfilling daily bookings in line with client order requirements in a timely manner (booking candidates for work on a daily basis).
- Maintaining a visible presence on the shop floor, providing support to workers and addressing any operational issues.
- Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes.
- Completing payroll on a daily/weekly basis.
- Dealing with any worker queries (including pay queries) quickly and efficiently.
- Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences.
- Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes.
- Providing a positive customer experience.

Our ideal candidate is hard-working, reliable, and has a keen eye for detail. Good written and spoken English is also required for this role.
Experience in a similar role is required.
