A great opportunity to work as a Site Amenities & Colleague Experience Coordinator at our clients site in Bristol.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday:
- 12pm to 8pm

The rate of pay is £15.38 per hour

Your Time at Work

During your time as a Site Amenities & Colleague Experience Coordinator your role will include:

- Ensuring colleague welfare areas, including canteens, kitchens and breakout spaces, are clean, welcoming and well-presented.
- Managing site communications, noticeboards and digital displays to keep colleagues informed and engaged.
- Supporting HR administration, onboarding activities and colleague recognition programmes.
-Coordinating site events, wellbeing initiatives, seasonal celebrations and charity fundraising activities.
- Working with catering, vending and service providers to maintain high standards across welfare facilities.
- Managing office, kitchen and welfare supplies.
- Supporting ESG, wellbeing and colleague engagement programmes that enhance workplace culture.

Our perfect candidate will:

- Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
- A confident communicator with a customer-service mindset.
- Experience in administration, facilities, reception or a similar support role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, approachable and service-driven attitude.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
