Overview.

Apply today to work as a General Operative for our client's abattoir/meat factory, where we go though with meat manufacturing process from the slaughterhouse to distributing our products to our customers.

Staffline is recruiting General Operatives to work in Spalding.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, starting at 06:00am - until finish, usually between 14:00pm - 16:00pm.

Applicants must be able to work with meat products as we produce Beef and Pork onsite.

Your Time at Work

As a General Operative, your role may include:

- Handling and preparing meat products
- Operating machinery and equipment
- Working as part of a production team in a fast-paced environment
- Manual handling, including lifting of up to 20kg
- Following hygiene and safety procedures at all times

This role involves working in chilled environments and standing for extended periods.

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and hard-working, with a good understanding of basic English and the ability to thrive in a physically demanding role.

You need to be fit to carry out manual handling tasks, demonstrate excellent time management, and maintain a flexible approach to working hours.

While previous experience as a Production Operative, Warehouse Worker, or Factory Operative is desirable, it is not essential, as full training will be provided.
