Great opportunity to work as a Receptionist for our client's site, which develops and manufactures packaging solutions in metal and plastic for a wide range of industries.

Staffline is recruiting Receptionists in Bradford.

The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 8:30am to 4:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Receptionist you will be responsible for:

- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Managing appointments, bookings, and meeting room schedules.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Providing administrative support to staff and management as required.
- Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, organised, and presentable at all times.
- Assisting customers, clients, and visitors with enquiries.

- Occasional lifting and carrying of light office supplies or parcels.
- Ability to use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment.

Previous reception, customer service, or administrative experience is desirable but not essential.
