Warehouse Operative - Goods In/Out

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Goods In/Out Operative to join our client based in Croydon.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate receipt, storage, picking and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

The rate of pay is £31,960 per annum.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are:
- 7am to 4:30pm
Your Time at Work
- Receive and unload deliveries, checking quantities and condition of goods.
- Accurately book stock into the warehouse management system.
- Organise and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Our Perfect Worker
Essential
- Previous warehouse experience.
- FLT licenses and experience
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Basic IT skills and experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties.
