Great opportunity to work as a Supervisor for our well-known client!
Staffline is recruiting a Supervisor in Nottingham.
The rate of pay is £31868.00 per annum + shift allowance £2000.00 per annum
This is a full-time role working 4 on 4 off and the hours of work are:
- 7am-7pm or 7pm -7am
Your Time at Work
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to)
- To assist the management in the day to day running of the operation
- Scheduling and supervising the activities and the functions of the warehouse staff
- Ensuring the proper and timely completion of all warehouse activities
- To communicate plans with the Operations Controllers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- To ensure compliance with the Company's Health & Safety policy and procedures
- To control levels of planned and unplanned absence and take appropriate action
- To communicate with the customer, when necessary, in person or other communication methods (Slack, email, phone)
- To communicate with recruitment agencies to ensure adequate levels of cover

-Able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
- Must be a team player who is capable of working on their own initiative
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- PC Literate in Excel and Outlook
- Ability to efficiently lead a team, delegate, supervise functions and keep staff motivated
- Should have good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a pick/pack operation would be advantageous
