Overview.

A great opportunity to work as an Site Coordinator for our clients site based in Aylesbury.

The hours of work are 5:45am to 4:45pm.

The rate of pay is £14.00 per hour.

Your Time at Work

The Account Coordinator will be the first point of contact for colleagues and our client, providing visible on-site support and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

- Acting as the main on-site contact for colleagues and the client.
- Responding quickly to operational issues and resolving or escalating them as required.
- Ensuring compliance with site rules, policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Conducting regular floor walks to maintain standards and support colleagues.
- Ensuring all workers consistently follow the "Clean as You Go" policy and maintain high housekeeping standards across the site.
- Managing attendance, punctuality, performance, and behavioural concerns through professional and confident conversations.
- Supporting colleague inductions and ensuring all workers understand site expectations before starting work.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting operational risks or recurring issues.
- Supporting workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and site management to encourage engagement and retention.
