Staffline is recruiting Site Amenities Coordinators in Nottingham.

The rate of pay is up to £29,000 per annum.

This is a full-time role working 39 hours a week, Monday to Friday and the hours of work are:
- Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm
- Friday 8am - 3:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Site Amenities Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Site & Facilities Support
- Coordinate reception duties, including visitor sign-in, access control and site enquiries
- Manage locker allocation, audits, keys and replacements
- Administer access cards, clocking cards and car-park passes
- Act as the local point of contact for office cleaners and facilities contractors
- Ensure notice board areas are accessible and updated on a regular basis as appropriate
- Ensure TV comms are regularly updated and visible for all

Canteen & Welfare Areas
- Oversee canteen, vending and welfare areas, raising service issues and monitoring standards
- Liaise with suppliers and site services to address quality, hygiene or maintenance concerns
- Replacement of white goods as required
- Ensure any refurbishment is in line with Compleat facilities standards

Supplies & Equipment
- Manage ordering, storage and allocation of PPE
- Maintain stock of stationery, office, kitchen and welfare supplies
- Support staff shop/staff sales activity where applicable

Site Engagement/ESG
- Co-ordinate site/employee engagement activities, eg food vans, long service awards etc
- Co-ordinate charity activities (eg Macmillan) and Compleat Communities
- Co-ordinate Compleat initiatives from Central to Site, eg Christmas activities, Grocery Aid, Menopause etc
- Co-ordinate any Compleat ESG initiatives at Site level

Contractor & Site Support
- Provide administrative support to on-site contractors and third-party providers
- Support facilities management activity, escalating issues as required

Compliance & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records for lockers, access control, PPE and contractor documentation
- Support audits and compliance checks relevant to site amenities
- Raising and co-ordination of site POs as required

Relationships
- Site HR Team
- Operations and Engineering
- Health & Safety / Technical teams
- External suppliers and contractors

Please note this may involve coordinating with two different departments.

- Experience in a site-based, facilities, reception or administrative role (manufacturing environment desirable)

- Trusted to manage sensitive areas such as access and facilities records
