Staffline is recruiting Resourcing Coordinators in Netherfield, Nottingham.

The rate of pay is £27,000 per annum.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 8am to 4:30pm

A full driving licence is preferred; however, we are open to considering candidates who meet the role requirements but do not drive.

Your Time at Work

As a Resourcing Coordinator your duties include:

- Identifying, sourcing, and engaging high-quality candidates through a variety of recruitment channels.
- Reviewing CVs and applications to assess suitability against role requirements.
- Building relationships with both active job seekers and passive talent to develop strong candidate pipelines.

Experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, resourcing, or a customer-facing role is required.
