Great opportunity to work as a Quality Champion for one of the largest providers of fresh flowers to major supermarket chains throughout the UK.

Staffline is recruting Quality Champions in Huntingdon, PE28 4YA.

The rate of pay is £13.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 4 off and the hours of work are:
- 7:00am to 7:00pm (12-hour shifts)

Your Time at Work

We are looking for a Quality Champion to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our flower bouquets and products meet customer specifications and quality standards before leaving site.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with excellent attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect bouquets and flower products against customer specifications.
- Carry out quality checks using company standards and checklists.
- Identify and report quality issues promptly.
- Communicate findings clearly with production and quality teams.
- Help ensure products that do not meet specification are corrected or reworked.
- Escalate significant quality concerns to the Quality Supervisor.
- Support continuous improvement by highlighting recurring quality issues.
- Maintain accurate quality records where required.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic IT skills are desirable
- Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Experience within the fresh produce or flower industry is advantageous but not essential.
