Overview.

We are currently recruiting for Administrator for well know company located in Magna Park - Lutterworth.

The rate of pay is £13.65 per hour

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm with small flexibility needed as the shift on occasion might change to 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

Your Time at Work
Your time at work as an Administrator within the commercial operations team, reporting to the Senior Administrator. -
- Booking in the suppliers
- Checking order numbers are correct
- Uploading consignment information to create export documents
- Liaising with the shipping company re consignment collection vehicles ... all liaison is by email/Teams.
- The rest of the role will consist with assisting the rest of the team with inventory related tasks as needed.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have similar experience and is confident with Microsoft package (knowledge of Excel is required and access knowledge will be beneficial) . You will need to be able to work on your own initiative but also be a great team player.

It would be an advantage if you have worked in an motor trade environment, have the ability to handle and analyses data and identify trends will be advantageous. Previous motor trade experience and ability to perform under the pressure would be desirable.
