Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client, which operates a warehouse recycling facility.
Staffline is recruting Warehouse Operatives in Burton Latimer, Kettering.
The rate of pay is:
- AM Shift £12.71 per hour
- Night Shift £13.71 per hour
The rate of pay increases after 12 weeks of service.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am
Due to the shift patterns and hours this role would not be suitable for students or part-time workers.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:
- Sorting items into designated categories.
- Identifying items suitable for reuse or recycling.
- Handling rolls cages, plastic trays, totes and other warehouse assets.
- Loading and unloading cages, pallets and containers.
- Moving stock safely around the warehouse.
- Maintaining clean and organised work areas.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and site standards.
- Working as part of a team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Supporting operational activities across different warehouse areas as required.

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
