Apply today to work as a Operative for our client, a leading pork processing facility based in Bugle, St Austell.
Staffline is recruiting Operatives to join a range of departments across the site. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time work, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with full training provided and opportunities to develop new skills.
Full-time and part-time positions are available across 7 days a week.
The rate of pay is:
- AM Shift £13.00 per hour
- PM Shift £14.00 per hour
- Nigh Shift £15.79 per hour
Overtime is available and is paid at:
- AM Shift £19.50 per hour
- PM Shift £21.00 per hour
- Night Shift £23.69 per hour

Your Time at Work
As an Operative, you will play an important role in helping to produce high-quality pork products safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Working across a variety of production areas, your duties may include:
- Loading products into machinery and processing equipment
- Placing products onto racks and production lines
- Moving products through various production stages
- Packing and sealing products ready for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks and ensuring product specifications are met
- Supporting production schedules and departmental targets
- Operating equipment safely and following site procedures
- Completing basic production records and paperwork
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping
- Supporting continuous improvement activities across the department
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer requirements are achieved
The role involves working in a chilled food production environment.

You will be reliable, hardworking and take pride in producing quality work while working safely and efficiently as part of a team.
No previous experience necessary as full training is provided.
