Staffline is working in cooperation with DHL and is recruiting HGV Class 1 Day Drivers for ongoing opportunities based at their depot in Swindon.
Whether you're an experienced driver or have recently passed your Class 1 licence, we'd love to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading logistics provider offering regular work, competitive pay rates, and the potential for a permanent position.

Shift Pattern:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
44 hours guaranteed per week
32 basic hours plus 12 hours overtime
Pay Rates (PAYE):
Days: £20.45 per hour
Overtime: £25.56 per hour
Saturday: £26.97 per hour
Sunday: £29.57 per hour
45-minute break paid
Your Time at Work
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll be carrying out a mix of:
- Trunking work between RDCs
- Retail store deliveries to DHL's bespoke store network
The role is predominantly trunking, making it ideal for drivers looking for straightforward, hassle-free work.
This depot operates all year round, providing long-term, ongoing work with consistent start times and shift patterns. In return for your commitment, you'll benefit from reliable hours, excellent rates of pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent role.

Our Perfect Worker
As a Class 1 HGV Driver, you will ideally have:
- A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DQC
- No IN, DD or DR endorsements
