We're looking for a reliable and focused Maintenance Projects Coordinator to join our team in Chichester.

Overtime is available and is paid at:
- Monday to Friday x1.33
- Saturday x1.5
- Sunday x2
All subject to WTA terms and conditions

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, between 43-45 hours per week (production dependant). The hours of work are:
- 7am to 3:30pm

Your Time at Work

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and driving all maintenance aspects of the introduction of new equipment. Key responsiblities:

- Provide support for technology planners with technical advice for delivering projects
- Raising the RFQ and ensuring compliance with the Machinery Directive, which encompasses the safety-related elements of machinery, through to mechanical design, electrical design, controls, safety measures, and safety components.
- Advise on requirements for documentation, training, critical spare parts holdings, and service agreements.
- Ensure business processes are followed in the procurement of production equipment, with specific responsibility for all maintenance aspects of the new equipment introduction process.
- Ensure the correct use of status and financial trackers to provide transparency of delivery dates and service confirmations.
- Agree actions to safeguard equipment technical availability.
- Suppliers - Agree timing plans for maintenance training and spare parts, ensure suppliers adhere to plans, and escalate as required.
- Change Management - Responsible for the implementation of changes to existing processes, acting as a liaison between maintenance technicians, planners, OEMs, and production.
- Implement process improvements with process partners to achieve high levels of equipment performance.
- Communicate project status transparently to all levels of the organisation through various forums, as required.

What we're looking for:

- Relevant maintenance qualification, e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a maintenance-related discipline.
- Experience in maintenance, production, and planning.
- Excellent organisational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good IT skills.
