Staffline is recruting Engagement Operatives to work in our client's warehouse, which manages the distribution of clothing and homeware products in Knottingley.
The rate of pay is £13 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed days and the hours of work are:
- Sunday 18:00 - 00:00, Monday OFF, Tuesday 10:00/18:00, Wednesday and Thursday 08:00-18:00, Friday 10:00-18:00.
Your Time at Work
The Engagement Operative is responsible for driving employee engagement, improving workforce retention, enhancing the candidate and worker experience, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
The role focuses on building strong relationships with workers and stakeholders, ensuring employees feel valued, informed, and motivated throughout their employment journey.
The Engagement Operative acts as a key link between operational teams and the workforce, proactively identifying opportunities to improve engagement, wellbeing, communication, and employee satisfaction.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be happy to stand for long periods, or walking long distances due to the size of the warehouse.
Applicants must have very good communication and people skills.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
