Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client's logistics centre for car parts.
Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Lutterworth.
Immediate starts!
The rate of pay is £13.13 per hour + Shift allowance paid weekly at £44.37!
Overtime is paid after working 39 hours and is paid at £19.70 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, and the hours of work are:
- AM shift: Monday to Wednesday 7:30am till 3.30pm and Thursday and Friday 7:30am till 3pm
- PM shift: Monday to Wednesday 12:30pm till 20:30pm, Thursday and Friday 12:30pm till 8pm
Due to the shift pattern and no public transport after the end of the shift, you will need your own vehicle.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:
- Dispatching/Out sorting/Quality checking of after-sales within the motor industry.
- Handling car parts and delivering a high standard of service to the customer
- picking car parts
- MHE experience (would be an advantage but training will be provided)

Applicants must have good attention to detail, timekeeping skills, and work well with others within various teams throughout the operation. You will be happy to work towards targets and deadlines. Good listening and communication skills would be beneficial.
