Staffline is recruting PI Operatives in Leeds.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

Overtime is available and is paid at £15.41 per hour.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts and the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work

The main responsibilities of the PI Operative role include:

- Carrying out stock counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies.
- Completing stock audits and making system adjustments where required.
- Performing pick accuracy checks and investigating pick deletions.
- Supporting stock consolidation activities to maximise warehouse space utilisation.
- Updating stock records and entering data into the warehouse management system.

Our Perfect Worker

The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and be confident using basic computer systems.Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also important.

Previous stock control or inventory experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

The most important qualities are a positive attitude, willingness to learn, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
