We're looking for Quality Controllers to join a busy team in Redruth.

This is a full-time role with consistent hours and weekends always off, making it easier to plan around life outside of work.

Pay and Shift Details
- £12.90 per hour
- 28 paid hours
- 30mins unpaid lunch

Working Hours
- 8am to 3.30pm

Working Pattern
- 4 days week
- Monday to Thursday
- Weekends are always off

12 weeks of temporary employment, leading to a permanent role for the right person!

Your Time at Work

As a Quality Controller you will be responsible for:

- Final inspection and verification of custom-made orthosis prior to dispatch
- Creating and Maintaining records of non-conforming product and working with supervisor and factory manager to propose suitable rework, Correction Or corrective action
- Keeping records of product inspection on Mestec and Paper Records
- Ensuring that measuring equipment is maintained in working Order

What we're looking for:

- Previous QC experience an advantage, but not essential as training will be given.
- Attention to detail.
- Clear Communication teamwork skills
- Basic IT literacy
- Ensure all products meet all specifications & customer requirements.
- Keeping records of product inspection on our system.
- Adhering to schedules.
