Allied Universal are recruiting for an urban-living residential site in central London!
The site is extremely modern, compromising residential space, retail and restaurants/bars. So, we are looking for a Security Supervisor who can help secure the site to a high standard! If you have the supervisory experience, then this is the job for you!
Contract Information:
Location - London
Pay Rate - £17.18 per hour
Shift Pattern - 4 on, 4 off. Flexibility required Monday to Sunday, 7am to 7pm
SIA Required - Door Supervisor and CCTV SIA license
Experience - Over 1 year in a security supervisor role

Your Time at Work
Estate Security & Safety: Assist estate management, retail tenants, residents, and visitors in resolving anti-social behaviour, security incidents, and general operational queries.
Control Room & Monitoring: Oversee the estate CCTV system, manage electronic logs, and coordinate shift team responses. Liaising with the local Police community teams
Customer Service Stance: Maintain a professional, approachable, and proactive presence adhering to the core site ethos.
1. Shift Management & Handovers (07:00 & 19:00)
- Conduct a formal shift handover with the Night Duty Supervisor at 07:00.
- Inspect and sign equipment in/out, including radios, body-worn cameras (BWC), patrolling mobile devices/tablets, keys, utility vests, and stab-proof vests.
- Ensure all shift officers are logged in and briefed on daily priorities, patrol matrices, and ongoing site issues.
2. Control Room & Access Control Management
- Access Control Checks: Conduct morning shift physical inspections of all functional access control doors and emergency release buttons.
- Schedule Verification: Ensure door access schedules follow default configurations
- Key Control: Manage the issuance and logging of site keys using the Key Register.
- Contractor & Visitor Control: Log and issue Permits to Work (PTW) authorised by the Estate Manager prior to contractor access.
3. Site Patrols & Incident Response
- Direct and participate in structured estate patrols (Park, and Retail area patrols).
- Inspect site fittings, verify perimeter security, check gates/fire routes, and address damage, hazardous objects, or anti-social behaviour.
- Oversee Pavilion opening/closing procedures.
- Support Park Liaison officers in managing public space safety and community engagement.
4. Incident Management & Emergency Response
- Serve as first-line response for security incidents, blue-light emergency calls (Police, Fire, Ambulance), and first aid situations.
- Coordinate emergency evacuations and direct blue-light services to specific estate locations or assembly points.
- Ensure immediate logging of major and minor incidents into the Electronic Daily Occurrence Book (DOB), Incident Report forms.
