Staffline is recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers in Evesham.

Base Pay Rates: (from now until Jan 2027)
Weekdays (04:00-20:00): £17.50 per hour
Weeknights (20:00-04:00): £19.50 per hour
Saturday Day (04:00-20:00): £19.50 per hour
Saturday Night (20:00-04:00): £21.50 per hour
Sunday Day (04:00-20:00) : £19.50 per hour
Sunday Night (20:00-04:00): £21.50 per hour

Fixed 4 on 4 off shift patterns, AM and PM start times available.

Your Time at Work

As an HGV Class 1 Driver you will be responsible for:

- Operating refrigerated articulated vehicles, delivering and collecting from RDCs
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs to ensure roadworthiness
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, logbooks, and other necessary paperwork in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Following all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will have excellent communication skills and be able to understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks to ensure vehicle safety and able to report defects correctly.

Applicants will comply with on-site health and safety requirements. You will understand and be able to comply with the driver's hours and WTD legislation

You should hold a valid HGV 1/C+E Licence, CPC & Tacho cards and have a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience with no more than 6 points no DD/ DR Code convictions.
