Flower Production Operative

We are currently recruiting Flower Production Operatives to join our busy and friendly production team based in HU15 2FT. This is a full-time, ongoing position offering regular hours and long-term opportunities.
Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and quality-checking fresh flowers to ensure customer orders are completed to the highest standards.
The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.
Working Patterns Available:
Shift Pattern 1
- Sunday to Tuesday: 10:00am - 10:00pm
- Wednesday: 2:30pm - 10:00pm
Shift Pattern 2
- Wednesday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Thursday to Saturday: 6:00am - 6:00pm
Your Time at Work
As a Flower Production Operative your duties include:
- Packing and preparing fresh flowers
- Quality checking products
- Labelling and palletising orders
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working towards production targets
- Following health and safety procedures

- A positive and reliable attitude

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous production or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
Due to the location of the site, candidates must be able to reliably travel to HU15 2FT for their assigned shifts.
