Apply today to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client, a leading global logistics provider, managing warehousing and distribution operations for some of the UK's largest retailers.
Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Northampton.
The rate of pay is £16.19 per hour, increasing by £1 after 12 weeks!
Overtime is available and is paid at time and a half.
This is a full-time role working fixed PM shift and the hours of work are:
- 2pm to 10pm
Your Time at Work
The responsibilities of a Freezer Warehouse Operative include:
- Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman
- Working to meet customer performance standards
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
- Performing other general warehouse duties as required
Applicants must be willing to work in a -25 degrees temperature.

Our ideal Freezer Warehouse Operative has a flexible approach to working hours, as weekend work is essential.
LLOP experience, punctuality, basic numeracy, and a communicative level of English are essential for this role.
