Cleaner

A great opportunity to work as a Train Cleaner for our client who are an industry-leading, customer-focused, long-distance train operator, that customers trust to meet their needs.

Staffline are recruiting for Train Cleaners based in Leeds.

The hours of work are flexible, with weekends and late shifts until 10pm.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour

Your Time at Work

Cleaning staff are to perform a range of cleaning duties, including but not limited to:

- General cleaning of trains, both in transit and turnaround
- Waste collection and disposal
- Floor cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing)
- Window and glass cleaning
- Disinfection of high-touch surfaces
- Replenishment of cleaning supplies (soap, hand towels, toilet paper)
- Deep cleaning tasks as required
- Any other cleaning duties as specified by the client

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect worker will show you are reliable, have good attention to detail, be adaptable, and have a strong work ethic. You will have a strong understanding of train routes and be able to navigate real-time railway updates.

Applicants will be able to work under pressure and timed conditions.

A valid in-date DBS check is required.

Previous cleaning experience required.
