Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for Security Officers to join our team in Canary Wharf, at a global bank in the area! We are looking for candidates with corporate experience, who are professional at all times and can always deliver the customer's expectations.
Contract Information:
Pay Rate: £13.99 per hour
Shift Pattern: You must be flexible and available to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern which will include days, nights and weekends
SIA Licence: We are looking for candidates with over 1 year of experience in corporate security and who already hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor license. It is desirable that you already hold a valid CCTV SIA licence, due to some duties on site.
Your Time at Work
As a Security Officer your duties will include:
- Patrols, internally and externally
- Access and egress control
- Checks of IDs and passes to the site
- ID and Pass creation
- CCTV monitoring
- Incident response
- Incident report writing
- Meet and greet, liaising with customers and visitors
Our Perfect Worker
- Holds a valid Door Supervisor SIA licence
- Have excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Good IT skills, to be able to use security systems and to write reports
- Have over 1 year in corporate security
- Great customer service skills
