General Operatives

Great opportunity to work as a General Operative for our client's abattoir, where meat is prepared from the beginning, producing Pork and Beef on site.
Staffline is recruiting General Operatives in Spalding.
The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, various shifts are available.
Your Time at Work
As a General Operative, your role may include:
- Handling and preparing meat products
- Operating machinery and equipment
- Working as part of a production team in a fast-paced environment
- Manual handling, including lifting of up to 20kg
- Following hygiene and safety procedures at all times
This role involves working in chilled environments and standing for extended periods.
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will be physically fit due to some manual handling. You will need to have basic English skills.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided.
