Apply today to work as a Gatehouse Administrator for our client, a leading provider of supply chain solutions for rice and soft drink products.

Staffline is recruiting Gatehouse Administrators in Dagenham.

The rate of pay is £14.07 per hour.

Overtime is available.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The hours of work are:
- 6am to 6pm
- 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Gatehouse Administrator your duties include:

- Managing products (goods) both in and out of the warehouse, ensuring any stock is updated in the systems in a timely and accurate manner
- Conducting stock takes as required and reconciling in the system. Liaise with both the stock and operations teams to ensure a smooth running of all goods in and out.
- Providing updates and reports to the Management team and/or Customer as required
- Overseeing the loading & unloading of vehicles and trailers. Overseas trailer checks with drivers prior to departure.
- Ensuring the warehouse is a safe & clean environment
- Updating relevant systems with key information to record the outcomes of product movement and tracking of all mandatory KPIs
- Inspecting and identifying products for any damage and ensuring they meet the quality standard
