This Warehouse Operative role gives you the chance to work in a site where mobile, collaborative robots help make picking quicker, smarter, and more accurate. You'll work alongside the technology as it guides you to the right locations, helps validate stock, and moves items to packing stations-so you can focus on getting orders out efficiently and safely.

What you can expect
- Full-time, ongoing contract starting at £12.71 per hour
- Fixed shift pattern to support a great work/life balance: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am
- Overtime available (including seasonal overtime opportunities)
- Opportunity to secure a permanent contract
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for:
- Operating and monitoring collaborative robots
- Picking orders using handheld scanners
- Packing products ready for dispatch
- Following standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Keeping your work area clean and safe with general housekeeping
Please note: there will be some lifting involved (up to 15kg).
