Production Operative

Currently we are recruiting for production operatives, at our clients site in Old Leak. Client is working with pasta ready meals.
Transport is provided from Boston. Cost of the transport £1 one way.
The rates of pay for Production Operatives are:
- Days: £13.24 per hour
- Nights: £14.86 per hour
This is full time role working days and nights 12-hour shift pattern. The hours of work are:
- Days: 6am to 6pm
- Nights: 6pm to 6am
For the right candidates permanent shifts available, following continental pattern (week one Sunday/Wednesday/ Thursday and week two Monday/ Tuesday/ Friday/ Saturday).
Your Time at Work
As a Production Operative you will be:
- Involved in the production and packaging of Italian Pasta Ready Meals
- Checking and weighing raw materials
- Handfilling ingredients as per the recipe
This job is working in a chilled environment.
Our Perfect Worker
Our Perfect Production Operative is a self-motivated individual and can work well as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment.
No previous experience is necessary as a Production Operative/Warehouse Operative as full training is provided.
