Looking for steady work, good pay and a shift pattern you can plan your life around?
We're looking for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in Worcester.
You'll help keep customer orders moving while working as part of a supportive team where everyone works together to get the job done.
This is a full-time role with consistent hours and Saturdays always off, making it easier to plan around life outside of work. Full training is provided from day one, so whether you've worked in a warehouse before or you're looking for a fresh start, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay and Shift Details
Pay Rates
- Days and afternoons: £13.55 per hour
- Nights: £14.57 per hour
Working Hours
- Sunday: 7am to 3pm
- Monday to Friday: 2pm to 10pm
- Monday to Friday: 10pm to 6am
Working Pattern
- Any 5 out of 6 days between Sunday and Friday (rota-based)
- Saturdays are always off
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking and packing customer orders ready for dispatch
- Loading orders safely and efficiently
- Carrying out quality checks
- Helping keep the warehouse running smoothly
- Working as part of a friendly and hardworking team
