- Do I need a CV if I’ve never worked before?
Yes. It’s a great way to showcase who you are, talk about your education, volunteer or parttime work, key skills such as communication, teamwork and IT for example. It takes just 7 seconds to scan a CV so ensure you write a personal profile with all the key information summarised.
- Can I get a job with no previous experience?
Yes. Some jobs don’t require prior experience – just a great positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- What should I wear to an interview?
You should try to look smart and presentable – joggers and dirty trainers probably won’t give off the best first impression.
