Elite Area Supervisor
Location: Field based. These roles will cover South East & Central London
Pay Rate: £16.12 - £17.44
Hours: 42-45 hours
Shift Pattern: Various (will include weekends and early starts/late finishes)
SIA DS or CP Licence required. Full UK driving licence is ideal as this role requires you to travel.
We are seeking highly professional and experienced Mobile Supervisors and Regional Area Supervisors to join our team.
This role is ideally suited to individuals who have a proven background in retail security, loss prevention, and shrinkage reduction. We are looking for confident professionals who can ensure operational best practice and compliance across a wider team, with strengths in data and performance analysis.
Your Responsibilities
As mobile and area supervisors, you will:
- Work with store managers and the company's wider management to ensure operational standards are met
- Manage and support officer performance, welfare and training
- Support high risk incidents and events, managing safety and compliance protocols
- Analyse risk models and crime trends, adjusting team duties and daily operations to support these and company goals
- Enforce strict adherence to legislation, PACE guidelines, incident management, GDPR and health and safety protocols
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) or Close Protection (CP) licence
- Previous loss prevention or retail crime prevention experience at supervisory level
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good IT skills
- A professional, smart, and highly presentable approach
