Parcel Sorter Agent - Earn up to £750 per week

A great opportunity to work as a Parcel Sorter Agent with our client, who is the world's leading logistics provider.

Staffline is recruiting Parcel Sorter Agents at East Midlands Airport.

The rate of pay is:
- Day shift pay rate (7am - 7pm) - £13.72 per hour
- Night shift pay rate (7pm - 7am) - £16.54 per hour

Shift patterns are as follows:

- Monday - Friday - 04:00am - 12:30pm
- Monday - Friday - 21:00pm - 05:30am
- Monday - Friday - 17:00pm - 01:30am
- Monday - Friday - 13:00pm - 21:30pm
- Friday/Monday - 21:00pm - 05:30am, Saturday - 19:00pm - 05:30am, Sunday - 18:00pm - 04:30am

Your Time at Work

During your time as a Parcel Sorter Agent you will be responsible for:

- Sorting parcels and freight according to destination, route, or service level
- Scan, label, and process items using handheld and fixed scanning equipment
- Load and unload packages from conveyor belts, cages, pallets, and vehicles
- Ensure parcels are handled safely, securely, and in line with operational procedures
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or misrouted items
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area at all times
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets
- Follow health & safety guidelines and company policies at all times

- Basic IT skills and confidence using scanning or handheld devices
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
