TSS has exciting opportunities for Retail Security Officers to work out of our prestigious customer sites, Primark! Site Located in Barnstaple.

**Successful candidates must hold a valid SIA Licence for these positions**

The rate of pay is £15.10 per hour.

The hours of work are 09:15am - 17:30pm
Shift pattern - Five days per week, with two days off rotating between Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Your Time at Work
As a Security Officer you will ensure the safety of Primark's staff, their premises, assets and the general public, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile.

We pride ourselves on providing a safe and secure environment. You will conduct yourself in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the company, ensuring full uniform is worn and your 'SIA licence' is clearly displayed at all times.

- Greeting staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the store
- Conducting searches when required
- Dealing with any security incidents in store and completing relevant incident report forms
- To provide a visible uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the store, its staff and customers
- Carry out Company Policy on any loss prevention
- To observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems
- To ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified
- To understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures
