HGV Class 1 Night Driver

Staffline are recruiting for HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for our client based in Sherburn in Elmet, LS25
Please be advised 2 years experience is required for this role.
Working Patterns: 5 out 7 days
Starting times: 21:00 - 01:00
PAYE rates for the role of HGV Class 1 driver are as follows:
Days: £19.79 O/T£29.68 per hour
Nights: £23.32 O/T £34.98 per hour
Saturday Days: £25.61 O/T £35.50 per hour
Saturday Nights: £29.14 O/T £40.80 per hour
Sunday Days: £29.32 O/T £39.22 per hour
Sunday Nights: £32.85 O/T £44.52 per hour
Your Time at Work
Staffline are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 Drivers to join our team, delivering to RDCs across local and regional routes.
In order to be put forward for an assessment a minimum of 2 years experience is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing 1-4 drops per trailer (typically 1 run, occasionally 2 per shift)
- Ensuring safe and efficient loading/unloading of goods

Our Perfect Worker
As an experienced HGV1 Driver you will ideally have -
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Confident with reversing and manoeuvring in tight spaces
- Comfortable with an element of manual handling
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
- No more than 6 points
- Digi card and DCPC
