Warehouse Operative - Day Shift 4on 4off

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a leading logistics provider in Ollerton, supporting some of the UK's best-known fashion, home and beauty brands.

Working a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern (7am-7pm), you'll benefit from a better work-life balance, regular overtime opportunities paid at £19.20 per hour, and full training from day one. No previous warehouse experience is required, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a new career or build on existing warehouse experience.

In addition to your pay, you'll also have the opportunity to take part in the Attendance Excellence Incentive:

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:

- Picking, packing, scanning and sorting goods
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Conducting inventory checks and managing stock control.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
- Performing moderate heavy lifting, ensuring safe handling of materials.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Warehouse Operative will be a strong communicator who works well as a team but also on your own initiative with a can-do attitude. You will show strong attention to detail, and accuracy and be reliable and punctual.

Due to the location of the site, your own transport is advised for this role.

A good level of English is required due to Health and Safety protocols.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
