Security Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join the our client team, working for a well known-site in Cardiff!

Contract Information:

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Days only, Monday to Friday 12:00pm-20:00pm, please be aware that hours may change to include nights at a later date
SIA Licence: Door Supervisor or Security Guarding

Applicants must have a valid SIA license and a Full UK Driving Licence (Manual) to be considered for this role.

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer, your duties will include:

- Office-based duties
- Possible deliveries/collections in the client's van
- Patrolling the site, on foot or by vehicle
- Access and Egress control
- Monitoring of visitors, staff and customers to the sites
- Responding to security breaches and medical incidents
- Ensuring all customer standards are met on each site

It is important to have great communication and customer service skills. You will also need to have strong IT skills and be able to use all forms of technology and software systems.

Our perfect Security Officer will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to always provide a friendly and professional service.
